What does AshMarks do?

AshMarks provides an opportunity for those who choose to be cremated to have a geographically marked spot so that they will not be forgotten. The member or ash recipient will choose how, when, and where to have the ceremony to scatter, bury or release the cremated remains.

This special spot can be selected by the member before their passing and shared with someone to execute their wishes or an ash recipient. These detailed instructions will be left by you for your designated executor or family member.

In the event, that the ashes has been released prior to purchasing a membership for your loved one, no problem, please see below instructions.

Why was AshMarks created?

AshMarks was created because the founder of the company knew she would be cremated. She thought about what her final wishes and instructions were regarding her cremated remains. She realized if her ashes were to be kept, released or buried, there would be nothing left for her to family to remember her.

This left her torn; the idea of being forgotten by not having a publicly marked grave or burdening her family with the responsibility of maintaining her ashes. Neither option was palatable and just didn’t sit well with her.

As a result, AshMarks was created. Now, cremated ashes and their locations don’t have to be considered private record, therefore, keeping our promise to our customers by not letting them be forgotten

What is AshMarks Mission?

AshMarks mission is to keep memories alive for loved ones and future family members. AshMarks will maintain the location(s) so there is always a commemorative special place to tell the story of those that have passed.
